I recognize the Vegan gains guy. He has a really good video I watched last year about GNC and nutritional store products. I like that he debunks the fitness supplement stores as totally for profit and recommends a few vegan supplements. I think what I've seen he sounded very knowledgeable and sticks up for vegans. He mentions in his video I've seen, several vegan powders for making smoothies.
Yeah, he makes a lot of sense normally, although I don't agree with him in everything 100%. Thing is, tell the truth about what humans do and are and get ready to be crucified, no need for trial. After all, whom but fucked up psychos would want to even joke about getting rid of a species closer to an apocalyptic virus than to an intelligent organism?

"Extreme" is an interesting word, one of those that has become a tool for personal attacks without backing any claims. There are a couple of threads around on the subject. Not saying that you use it that way, simply commenting on my views on its usage. And perhaps why I am wary of it. (It makes sense in your comment, although I cannot count the number of people using it, and "extremist", as an excuse for defamation of character and to deny any logic; same goes for "psychopath", although I suppose many people don't even know what a psychopath is. These tactics have been used against him also, even by other vegans, evidently without bothering to explain why he'd be any of that)
Calm and intelligent one minute, next minute going off.
That's one of the traits of a sociopath, although many people seem to be that way without having that mental condition (others, in all likelihood). To be fair, I haven't seen him exhibit that behavioral change often. Furthermore, he attributed some of them to parody.
No problem. The only reason I know is because I've seen all but a couple of his videos; I cannot see why it's fair for people to try to discredit him, and veganism by extension, when he normally gives very accurate and good information, and doesn't attempt to hide what/who he is. I could be somehow biased, since I find his content sort of cathartic, although I'd say that any possible bias is shown only in the form of having a certain amount of respect, not in presenting invalid arguments.
Unfortunately, fruitarianism seems to lack health benefits, since fruits alone, being great, do not have all the nutrients necessary for the body to function properly.
I was inclined to try that a while back, but started to read about it and... nope.
I don't know, maybe there are some exotic fruits most people don't know about which contain what vegetables and other plants have to offer?
I was thinking about the Frank Medrano and types of people mentioned. What about eating:
Vegan Protein bowl 1 cup quinoa, 1 cup black beans, 1/2 cup corn (prepare by boiling in water for 12-15 season with pepper) heat 2 tsp olive oil, then combine it all in a pan with 1/4-1/2 cup hot chipolte salsa. Serve warm in a bowl
Seems to me like this would work for bodybuilding/ high activity / calisthenics
This kid intrigues me. Physically fit without a gym, home schooled, Vegan from birth. But the real interesting lesson is when he talked about his personal experience in his body's powers of healing / Vaccines and antibiotics. A good advert for the anti vaccine lobby.

I have heard some things on youtube. I know what you are talking about. Plus I saw a documentary that detailed that monkey kidneys were used in making vaccines.
But what I wanted to say was the fact that the meat industry advertises as "meat will make you healthy and implies "you will look fit/more muscular from eating meat." I was reminded of this when I saw a tv ad for a "ribfest." They show in the television ad a muscular guy with smooth skin eating ribs and licking BBQ sauce off himself. Even though I am fairly sure it was someone who completely took things like ribs and BBQ sauce out of their diet to look like that on camera. Anyway . .
I just wanted to make the point that you could really end up gaining a ton of weight from eating meat. It is false advertisement and no where in the ad did it say what the fat content really does to your heart/internal organs. They sometimes have the all you can eat option as well. This feeds into the meat makes you healthy and is "full of nutrition." Kind of garbage you will find in the various food ads. The other one that comes to mind was the "protein pack" with turkey and white cheddar and crackers. It is just unfortunate there is only a small portion of the whole story when it comes to the food I mentioned. What can I say they overemphasize the flavor and don't say anything about how it destroys the inside of you. I think a lot of foods are making the protein pack packaging to make it seem like you are supposed to eat that when you work out.
If you didn't watch it, this guy had the tip of his finger cut off and cracked the bone in an accident. The doctor was a bit concerned especially about possible infection. Coconut boy told him he was up to date with his tetanus shots and took the antibiotics and threw them away! He has never had any vaccines in his life! The finger healed up perfect.
I myself couldn't do that, but then I was brought up on a diet of bastardised foods and animal products, and brain washed into thinking I needed all the chemical vaccines.
I briefly watched coconut boy, the earlier video post. He has a really depressing point! He said in the video that they terrorize the animals before slaughter. I'm just guessing on some slow conveyor belt. They hear the sounds from the other animals. It jacks up the animals adrenaline and causes sickness from people eating the meat later on.
Thought provoking but sickening and depressing at the same time. Like I'm guessing he has some kind of a point, it is very unnatural what they do at the meat packaging facilities. I'm just not totally versed in that type of thing. Mainly on the filthy conditions part of why to avoid buying meat.

Lomedin: Learned by chance that Kat Von D is vegan. Didn't have a clue who she was before.

Vegan: I'm on an antinatilist group and only found out about her on that. Had no idea who she was before as never heard of her.
